2. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we’ve made the process as easy as possible.

  • Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Are your Swim Turbans 100% effective?

Our Swim Turbans are among the most effective on the market, designed to protect your hair while swimming. However, they are not guaranteed to be 100% effective in keeping all water out. We’ve engineered them with a snug fit and high-quality materials to offer maximum water resistance.

How to measure for the perfect fit:
  1. Measure the circumference of your head around the widest part, just above the ears and across the forehead.

  2. Use our size guide to find the best fit based on your head circumference.

  3. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

4. How do I care for my products?

To keep your Phoenix Collective products looking their best:

  • Wash by hand or on a gentle cycle in cold water.

  • Air dry flat or hang to avoid damage from high heat.

  • Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals that could damage fabrics.

5. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards for those looking to give the perfect gift! Gift cards are available in various denominations and can be purchased directly on our website. They are delivered via email, making them a convenient option for last-minute gifts.


6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the United States and U.S. territories. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future, so please stay tuned for updates!
